{"id":1368,"date":"2022-09-28T16:56:02","date_gmt":"2022-09-28T19:56:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pmvabogados.cl\/?p=1368"},"modified":"2023-11-07T19:55:29","modified_gmt":"2023-11-07T22:55:29","slug":"ley-de-inclusion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pmvabogados.cl\/en\/ley-de-inclusion\/","title":{"rendered":"Ley de Inclusi\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A partir de noviembre comenzar\u00e1n a regir las actualizaciones de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bcn.cl\/leychile\/navegar?idNorma=1150763&amp;tipoVersion=0\">Ley 21.275<\/a>, que agrega el art. 157 qu\u00e1ter al C\u00f3digo del Trabajo, este se aplicar\u00e1 a las empresas de 100 o m\u00e1s trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p>Esta nueva ley obliga a tener un trabajador especialista, exige la promoci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas en materias de inclusi\u00f3n al interior de las empresas, la elaboraci\u00f3n y ejecuci\u00f3n anual de programas de capacitaci\u00f3n al personal, considerar las normas sobre la inclusi\u00f3n del trabajo e inclusi\u00f3n social y los principios generales sobre la inclusi\u00f3n laboral.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre esto, les compartimos una nueva edici\u00f3n de nuestro <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pmvabogados.cl\/enfoque\/\">Enfoque Laboral<\/a>, que es un compendio de la Ley de Inclusi\u00f3n que incluye la modificaci\u00f3n que entra en vigencia en noviembre (click en la imagen).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":299,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[18],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.4 -
