Su apoyo ha sido un\u00e1nime y quienes tienen posiciones de liderazgo deben sacar algunas lecciones, entre ellas, la importancia de anticiparse a los hechos.<\/p>\n<p>La ley provoca un cambio cultural interno, estableciendo tolerancia cero ante conductas impropias en el trabajo. No basta tener protocolos y procedimientos: todas las jefaturas &#8211; no s\u00f3lo gerentes- deber\u00e1n tener un conocimiento claro y protocolos expeditos de c\u00f3mo actuar ante denuncias escritas e incluso verbales. Las jefaturas deber\u00e1n tener el criterio suficiente para discernir entre un desahogo propio de las relaciones humanas y una denuncia que debe ser investigada en plazos muy breves y con medidas de resguardo que deben ser decididas inmediatamente.<\/p>\n<p>Requerir\u00e1 mucha capacitaci\u00f3n -especialmente a mandos medios- para actuar correctamente, no s\u00f3lo en el trato con trabajadores, sino tambi\u00e9n para gestionar adecuadamente la responsabilidad que tendr\u00e1n todas las jefaturas, adem\u00e1s del \u201c\u00c1rea de Personas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Hay empresas pioneras que se adelantaron a las exigencias legales en temas de inclusi\u00f3n y diversidad, de flexibilidad para el cuidado de terceros, en lo referido a denuncias de acoso laboral, etc. Los r\u00e9ditos son innegables: un buen ambiente laboral y mejor preparaci\u00f3n para aplicar esta ley, que exige un plazo muy breve para su implementaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Para estas pioneras, el esfuerzo de a\u00f1os tendr\u00e1 un retorno especialmente positivo.<\/p>\n<p>Sebasti\u00e1n Parga<br \/>\nSocio Parga Montes Vasseur Laborales<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[16],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.4 -
