Lucia is an Of Counsel at Parga, Montes & Vasseur Laborales. She has a Doctorate in Law from Universidad de los Andes, graduating with the highest distinction, as well as a master’s in public law Foundations from the same institution. Currently She’s a research professor at the Faculty of Law of Universidad Finis Terrae, where she also holds the position of Academic Director and Lecturer for the course ” Tutela, Acoso y Ley Karin ” in the postgraduate program of the same college. Throughout her career, Lucía has focused her work on labor law, advising the CHOICE foundation and other entities independently.
Lucia has a variety of publications on topics such as labor protection, privacy in the workplace and overtime. She has also been a speaker at several conferences on labor law, with an emphasis on collective bargaining, women’s rights, and maternity protection. Additionally, she has delivered presentations on subjects such as “El contrato de trabajo: fomentando la formalización laboral” and “Los derechos de la mujer embarazada y madre consagrados en el Código del Trabajo”.
