Ignacia is partner at Parga Montes Vasseur & López, Laborales.

Her practice combines a solid track record in labor advice and highly complex litigation with valuable experience in executive leadership, enabling her to address workplace challenges from legal, organizational, and business perspectives. She has more than 20 years of experience advising companies on labor matters, collective bargaining, strategic people management, and complex conflict resolution.

She regularly advises local and foreign companies on labor relations, collective bargaining, union management, internal investigations, corporate governance, organizational transformation processes, and conflicts with potential reputational impact, particularly in highly regulated industries. She also has extensive experience in designing and implementing labor strategies aimed at promoting productivity, organizational sustainability, and effective risk management.

She has been recognized by Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500, and Best Lawyers as one of Chile’s leading labor lawyers.

She is a member of ICARE’s People and Organization Circle since 2023 and sits on the Labor Commission of the Confederation of Production and Commerce (CPA) since 2015, as well as on the Executive Committee of the Chilean Center for Labor Law (CEDET). She has also represented the Chilean Clinics Association (Asociación de Clínicas de Chile A.G.) before the Chilean Senate in discussions on legislative initiatives related to labor matters.

Before joining Parga, Montes, Vasseur & López, Laborales, she was a partner at Cariola Díez Pérez-Cotapos from 2022 to 2026, where she led the firm’s Labor Law practice. Prior to that, she had a successful executive career at Clínica Alemana de Santiago, where she was People Manager from 2020 to 2022 and Deputy Legal Manager for People from 2015 to 2020, having been a member of its legal team since 2009.

Prior to that, she was part of the Litigation and Arbitration groups at Cariola Díez Pérez-Cotapos and Barros & Errázuriz, where she helped handle highly complex litigation and arbitration cases.
